I have Cataracts in both eyes. Can Cataract surgery be performed on both eyes at the same time?

No, only one eye is operated on at a time. Surgery can be performed on the fellow eye as soon as 1 to 2 weeks after the first eye but usually there is a gap of 4 to 5 weeks between the two eyes.
